How many email address records are contained in your mailing list?
Please provide here an estimate on the total number of email address entry records in your planned managed services mailing list. While not required, if a breakdown frequency estimate is known for recipient destination ISP domains, then please provide this information (e.g. rogers.ca 50%, hotmail.com 30% other 20% ) .
Where was the subscriber email list records collected?
Please provide here details on how the email addresses were collected or obtained. For example, the actual sign-up site URL; the event and process; co-registration; third-party (who?); at time of donation or purchase; etc... If there was more than one method, please indicate all that apply and details.
Do any email address records in your mailing list come from a purchased list?
Please explain if this is affirmative "yes". If not, then it is sufficed to answer in the negative "no".
What expectations and information was provided to subscribers at the time of email collection?
